Continue Knitting the torso.

Torso

We collect a chain of 5 air loops on the left leg and connect with the right leg.

Next, knit 10 sc on the right leg.

Note: We walk to the marker on the right leg and now the first row will start here.

Row 1: 52 sc (i.e. 11 sc for right leg, 5 sc for chain, 21 sc for left leg, 5 sc for chain, 10 sc for right leg) (52)

Next, we knit the head.

Head

42 row: inc * 12 (24)

43 row: (3 sc, inc) * 6 (30)

44 row: (4 sc, inc) * 6 (36)

The wire should reach about the middle of the head. Cut off excess wire, bend the ends.

Secure the ends of the wire with adhesive tape.

45 row: (5 sc, inc) * 6 (42)

46 row: (6 sc, inc) * 6 (48)

47 row: (7 sc, inc) * 6 (54)

49 row: (9 sc, inc) * 6 (66)

50-55 row (6 rows): no changes (66)

56 row: in this row we will have eyes.

If you sew on beads, then we knit this row without changes.

If you insert safe eyes, then Knit like this: 6 sc, 1 ch, skip one loop, 5 sc, 1 ch, skip one loop, 53 sc (66)

57-60 row (4 rows): no changes (66)

62 row: (8 sc, dec) * 6 (54)

63 row: (7 sc, dec) * 6 (48)

We insert safe eyes, but do not tighten too much, as you need to embroider eyelashes and eyebrows. I embroidered with black yarn in 2 strands.

64 row: (6 sc, dec) * 6 (42)

65 row: (5 sc, dec) * 6 (36)

66 row: (4 sc, dec) * 6 (30)

68 row: (2 sc, dec) * 6 (18)

69 row: (1 sc, dec) * 6 (12)

70 row: dec * 6 (6)

Cut the thread, pull off the hole and hide the thread.

On the body, embroider strips of black yarn in 4 threads.

Sew the arms to the body.

Slippers

In total, you need to knit 4 parts (for each slipper, 2 parts).

They need to be connected to each other in order to insert leather cardboard (or other thick cardboard) between them for the stability of the toy.

Note: tied the first part – cut the thread.

Then we knit the second part, but we do not cut the thread, but we connect it to the first part with connecting posts.

When the parts are connected, cut the thread, but it is better to hide it at the end of knitting with a slipper.

We begin to knit the sole with black yarn.

1st row: We collect a chain of 7 ch.

Continue 2 sc into 6th st of chain, 4 sc, 3 sc into 1st st. Now we knit on the reverse side of the chain: 4 sc, 1 sc in the 6th loop, SL-ST, Begch (14)

2nd row: inc * 2, 4 sc, inc * 3, 4 sc, inc, SL-ST, Begch (20)

3rd row: (inc, 1 sc) * 2, 4 sc, (inc, 1 sc) * 3, 4 sc, inc, 1 sc, SL-ST, begch (26)

4th row: (inc, 2 sc) * 2.4 sc, (inc, 2 sc) * 3, 4 sc, inc, 2 sc, SL-ST, begch (32)

5 row: (inc, 3 sc) * 2, 4 sc, (inc, 3 sc) * 3, 4 sc, inc, 3 sc, SL-ST, Begch (38)

6 row: (inc, 4 sc) * 2, 4 sc, (inc, 4 sc) * 3, 4 sc, inc, 4 sc, SL-ST, begch (44)

7 row: (inc, 5 sc) * 2, 4 sc, (inc, 5 sc) * 3, 4 sc, inc, 5 sc, sl-st (50)

Cut out the insole in the shape of the sole from leather cardboard (or other thick cardboard).

We knit such 2 parts, as I wrote earlier, and connect them to each other with connecting posts.

You should get 50 sl-st.

We count 7 loops from the marker as shown in the photo.

In this loop, the 1st row will begin, which we will knit with an orange thread.

Row 1: Attach orange thread to the front walls of these connecting posts and knit 50 sc (50)

2-8 row (7 rows): no changes (50)

9th row: 16 sc, (1 sc, dec) * 8, 10 sc (42)

10 row: 20 sc, dec * 4, 14 sc (38)

We put slippers on our feet and knit the next row right on the doll.

11 row (half-row): dec * 2, and make another decrease with a half-column without a crochet (36)

Cut the thread, hide.

Hide the thread at the sole. For the other Legs, we repeat all the steps in the same way.

Collar We knit with black yarn.

We collect a chain of 23 ch.

In the 19th loop we knit 1 dc, then we knit another 7 dc (one column in each loop).

Then 3 begch and in the 11th loop do sl-st.

Then sl-st to 10th st, Z begch, and then knit 9 dc to end of row.

Sew the collar to the body with the same thread to secure it.

Skirt Take a piece of orange fabric 33 * 11 cm.

Fold the top of the fabric twice 5 mm (iron it) and sew with the largest stitch available on the sewing machine, stepping back about 1 cm from each edge (as shown in the photo).

Bend the bottom of the fabric in the same way.

Sew with a middle seam from start to finish.

Sew the edges of the fabric together so as not to touch the top seams, we need them for gathering.

Sew the edges together, but do not touch the top seams!

Next, we assemble the skirt.

This must be done very carefully so that the thread does not break. First, we tighten until such a moment that it is possible to put on a skirt on the doll.

Then we pull the skirt right on the doll to the size of the waist and sew it to the body.

TRACKS

Cut off a segment of about 6-7 cm from the tress, and make a bundle out of it (twist and sew).

We will then attach it to the top of the head.

Tip: Tresses are easier to sew with a long needle.

I have a 5.5 cm needle.

Sew on the wefts with a thread of the color from which they are sewn – then the thread will not be noticeable on the head.

I have a light thread in the photo – for clarity, but I sewed on the weft with black thread.

Sew the tresses along the Spiral.

To accurately calculate whether the tress is enough, you need to secure them with pins all over the head.

At the end, at the top of the head, there should be a small hole for fixing a bundle of hair in it.

Pins Remove, leaving the first row, and stitch with a back seam.

Sew the tresses tightly to each other so that there is no gap. Then we take our bundle and sew in the center of the crown (or you can glue it).

Next, distribute the Hair from the bundle over the entire head, put cotton cloth on the head and iron the crown of the head with an iron for a few seconds.

Do not use a very hot iron, otherwise the weft may deteriorate.

Flower

1st row: 7 sc into magic ring, do sl-st (connecting column) with the first loop of the row.

Making petals:

1 petal: cast on 3 begch and in the first loop of the row do 2 dc, then pick 3 begch and do sl-st with the second loop of the row.

Petal 2: cast on 3 begch and in the second loop of the row do 2 dc, then pick 3 begch and make sl-st with the third loop of the row.

Petal 3: cast on 3 begch and in the third loop of the row do 2 dc, then pick 3 begch and do sl-st with the fourth loop of the row.

We make the rest of the petals according to the same principle.

There should be 7 petals in total.

EARS

We knit with orange yarn.

1st row: 6 sc into magic ring (6)

2nd row: (1 sc, inc) * 6 (18)

3rd row: (2 sc, inc) * 6 (24)

4th row: (3 sc, inc) * 6 (30)

5 row: (4 sc, inc) * 6 (36)

Fold the eyelet in half and knit black yazhes.

Beanie

We start knitting with orange yarn.

1 row: 8 sc into magic ring (8) Next, knit with half-crochets (hdc)

2nd row: (1 hdc, inc) * 8 (24)

3rd row: (2 hdc, inc) * 8 (32)

4th row: (З hdc, inc) * 8 (40)

5 row: (4 hdc, inc) * 8 (48)

6 row: (7 hdc, inc) * 8 (54)

7 row: (8 hdc, inc) * 8 (60)

8-14 row (7 rows): no changes (60)

We make a strip of black yarn:

15 row: no changes (60) Now knit again with orange yarn.

16 row: no changes (60)

Cut the thread and hide.

Sew ears to the cap, as well as a flower with rhinestone.

Christmas tree Tie a Christmas tree and decorate it

any decorative

elements of your choice.

We sew decorative buttons on the doll’s clothes and a satin ribbon with rhinestones on the skirt.

Our doll is ready!
