I initially decided to make removable boots for the doll, so I started crocheting with burgundy yarn for the socks. If you’re making removable boots, start with the burgundy color like I did.

Crocheting the Strands:

Similarly, crochet the remaining strands, each with a length of 21 sc. Leave a long tail for sewing. 

Ears: 

Embroidering the Face: 

Make 5 sc in magic ring (MR), pull tight but do not fasten off. Leave a tail for sewing. 

For the eyes, use white yarn to embroider the sclera. Embroider the nose, eyebrows, and mouth. Sew the ears on both sides of the head between rows 13 and 15, with a distance of 7-8 sc from the eyes. Attach the hair. The longest hair strand should be at the front, and you’ll later sew it to the side. Leave 5 strands at the front. Attach the first two strands on the sides behind the ears.
