Face Shaping – Amigurumi Bear
Use yarn in the main color.
Insert the needle at point 1, bring out at point 2, insert at point 3 (forming a loop), then insert at point 4, through point 5, and bring out at point 6.
Pull gently to shape the eyes.
Tuck the thread under the eyes as you tighten.
Embroidering the Eye Whites
Bring a white thread from the base of the head to point 1, out at point 2, then out at point 3, in at point 4, and back to the base. Tie and secure the ends.
Assembly – Amigurumi Bear
1.Sew the head to the body. Add a bit more stuffing to the neck area while sewing.
2.Sew the ears between rounds 7 and 16 of the head (bottom edge at the level of round 15, 10–12 stitches away from the outer edge of the eye).
3.Distance between ears along the top (round 7) ≈ 19 stitches.
4.Sew the muzzle between rounds 18–24.
5.Embroider the nose, mouth, and eyebrows.
6.Sew the tail between rounds 23–27.
Overalls
Make a chain of 60 ch + 3 ch for turning.
Do not join the chain; join it after the 1st row.
Then crochet in rounds according to the chart for 9 rows (pattern not shown). The chart indicates the start/end of each round and the hole for the tail.
Do not cut the yarn — continue with the first leg.
First leg (Row 10)
Ch 3, 2 dc, find the midpoint on the opposite side, 3 dc, then continue in pattern to the end of the row. Join the end with the beginning. Cut yarn.
Second leg
Attach yarn to the 3rd stitch: ch 3, 2 dc, then continue following the same pattern.
Join the end with the beginning.
Sew the gap between the legs along the 9th row’s dc stitches.
Upper edge
Crochet 60 sc around the top edge. At the end, chain 5 for a button loop. Secure and form the loop.
Straps (make 2)
Ch 34 + 2 ch for turning. Leave a long tail for sewing the button.
Starting from the 4th ch from the hook:
34 sc, 4 sc in the last chain, 34 sc along the other side of the chain.
Turn 90°, crochet 3 sc (2 sc in last ch, 1 sc in first sc).
Attach each strap to the overalls with 3 sc:
– one at stitches 5–7,
– the other at stitches 54–56 along the top edge.
