26: Join sides with 4-5 sc. Do not stuff (stuffed arms look awkward).
Hat
Cut a circle from cardboard, inside the circle cut another smaller circle
To make the brim slightly sloped down, cut the circle and overlap the edges
Wrap the brim with decorative ribbon. Secure with thread or glue
Crochet with light green yarn:
Make a circle to fit the inner circle (I had 36 sc in the last round)
Crochet 3 rounds without changes
In the last round, the number of increases should equal half the number of stitches in the penultimate round (for example, if the penultimate round had 36 sc, the last round would be: (1 sc, inc)*18 = 54 sc)
Sew the hat to the brim
Cut a bow from felt. Sew to the hat with a decorative button.
Assembling the Doll
Dress the body
Sew on the arms
Sew on the head (strengthen with wire or cotton swabs beforehand)
Hairstyling
Braid a thin braid from felting wool, felt it around the face outline
Then fill in the remaining space with wool (you will need quite a lot to avoid bald spots)
Take a strip of wool wide enough to go around the head, fold it in half
Felt under the braid
At the back, braid a long braid, secure it with a ribbon
Tie a ribbon around the head, make a bow at the back
Attach a bird to the long braid and insert the ribbon into the dress. Make a bow at the back
Embroider the eyes, apply eyeshadow on top and blush. Sew buttons to the dress.
The summer doll is ready!
