Use light blue yarn.

Cut the yarn. Repeat for the other corner of the nose. 

Stuff the piece. 

Sew the nose exactly in the center where the black yarn transitions to blue yarn. 

The corners of the nose should align exactly on this line! 

Embroider a smile with black yarn (see photo).

Crochet using black yarn in turning rows.
