PATTERN

Legs:

Let’s start crocheting boots for the deer. I used green yarn, but you can choose your preferred colors.

Row 1: Chain 6, sc, 3 sc, 4 sc in 1 stitch, 3 sc, sc.

Row 2: Inc twice, 3 sc, 4 inc, 3 sc, 2 inc.

Row 3: (1 sc, inc) twice, 3 sc, (1 sc, inc) four times, 3 sc, (1 sc, inc) twice + 1 sc shift.

Row 4: 30 sc, in BLO (forming the sole).

Rows 5-7: 30 sc.

Row 8: 9 sc, 6 dec, 9 sc.

Row 9: 8 sc, 4 dec, 8 sc.

Row 10: 7 sc, 3 dec, 7 sc (do not cut the green yarn, we will use it to crochet the boot’s leg).

At this stage, I insert a sole for greater stability and stuff the legs.

Rows 25: For the second leg, crochet 10 sc, 4 ch, 23 sc. For the first leg, crochet 4 sc in the ch, 23 sc in the second leg, 2 sc in the ch, and place a marker (at the back).

Row 26: 54 sc.

Row 27: 14 sc, inc, 4 sc, (inc, 1 sc) eight times (increases should be in the center, forming the belly), inc, 4 sc, inc, 12 sc, inc.

Row 28: 66 sc.

Rows 29-33: 66 sc (6 rows).

In the 33rd row, make 2 slip stitches.

Row 34: 10 sc, dec, 5 sc, dec, 26 sc, dec, 5 sc, dec, 10 sc, dec.
