With dark red yarn, chain 25, starting from the fourth chain stitch, crochet 22 SC. Finish crocheting, cut the yarn, and thread it. Sew the bootstraps to the legs. 

Take white embroidery floss and make stitches along the edge of the bootstraps as shown in the diagram. Sew buttons. 

Body 

Start joining the legs. 

Row 40: Attach white yarn where we stopped on the leg (any one), crochet 7 SC along this leg, chain 7. Take the second leg and attach the other end of the chain. Then crochet 20 SC (along the leg), 7 SC (in the chain), 2 SC (along the leg), 7 SC (in the chain) (54). Place a marker.

Finish crocheting. Cut and hide the yarn. Now make a pattern for the underskirt.
