Row 18: (1 row) (12)

Fold in half, sc through both sides of the ear. Fasten off, leave a tail for sewing.

Fold the ear following the same principle as shown in the video.

Ear (for bear):

In beige color.

First piece (2 pieces):

Row 1: 6 sc in magic ring (6)

Make a chain, turn the work:

Row 2: Inc*6 (12)

Fasten off, cut the yarn.

Second piece (2 pieces):

Work the same way as the first piece, but in brown color, and do not cut the yarn.

Attach the first piece, sc around the edges of both pieces, then 1 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc and continue with regular single crochets. Slip stitch, fasten off, leave a tail for sewing.

Decoration and Assembly:

Apply the same tightening technique as shown in the video.

Sew on the muzzle and embroider the nose.

Embroider white around the eyes, then use black thread for eyebrows and other details.

Sew on the arms.

Sew on the ears. (For the bear, ears are located between rows 10 and 14, for the bunny – between rows 8 and 9)

Sew on the tail.

Next, make the edging. For the bear, single crochet in each stitch around the remaining loops, then slip stitch at the end of the row, fasten off, and hide the yarn. For the bunny, single crochet two times in each stitch around the remaining loops, then slip stitch at the end of the row, fasten off, and hide the yarn.

Hat:

Try the hat on your toy and crochet as many rows as needed. Make openings for the ears where necessary, as the placement may vary due to attaching the ears at different distances.

I provide the method I used to crochet this hat for the bunny. Crochet the hat for the bear following the same principle. Don’t forget to try the hat on the head and adjust the number of stitches if needed.

EVERY ROW IS WORKED IN BACK LOOPS ONLY

Row 1: Chain 35, starting from the second chain from the hook, single crochet 34 (34)

Rows 2-14: (15 rows) (34)

Row 15: 17 sc, chain 6, skip 6 stitches on the fabric, 11 sc (34)

Row 16: 11 sc, 6 sc in chain space, 17 sc (34)

Rows 17-26: (10 rows) (34)

Row 27: 17 sc, chain 6, skip 6 stitches on the fabric, 11 sc (34)

Row 28: 11 sc, 6 sc in chain space, 17 sc (34)

Rows 29-60: (32 rows) (34)

Fasten off, leave a long tail for sewing.

Next, sew the hat together, then start cinching the top by pulling the yarn until the opening is closed. (Refer to the photo on page 16.)

Make a pom-pom and attach it to the hat.
